I had only been to Yosemite once and that was in 1993. Markus, Claudia, and Werner had never been before. The Ollenburger's had been there before -- Ryan knows the place like the back of his hand! Yosemite truly is one of the more beautiful places I have been to. It is rather majestic in its views and quite picturesque (hence the countless photographers that call Yosemite their home).
Here are some pictures highlighting our trip (you know, the same pictures everyone takes when they got Yoze-mite). For some ridiculous reason, I don't have any pictures of Renee's family...so lame of me.

This was our first "family" vacation, and it was a blast. Hard to imagine that we haven't been here sooner since it is just a few hours away. We really can't complain...the beach is just blocks away, mountains and majesty in our back yard...what a place!

A person hears of Yosemite and says, "cool, Yosemite." What I leared from this post is that Yosemite is more like AWESOME! I'm inspired.
Also, your baby looks soooo much like you. Does she have your personality? If you're so inclined, I'd totally love a post on Analise's personality and how she takes after you or Markus in different areas... that is, if you're taking requests. :)
