When I was a kid, my siblings and I created games amongst ourselves. They were games that only we knew the rules to. They were quite silly really, but we created them and carried them on until we all left home. Ours was called '5 minutes'.
5 minutes is a silly game really. One of us would yell a name out and if they replied with "What?" we would say, "You have 5 minutes to get rid of that word!" Then they had to do the same. After a while most of us caught on and wouldn't respond with "what". When that happened you could be stuck with the word for days (for some reason, contrary to the point of the game, there was no consequence for not getting rid of the word 'what' within five minutes other than the fact that you were stuck with it).
I know, it's silly and doesn't make much sense, but it's something we did as a family. We created it, we played it, and we still try it on each other every now and then.
Analise and Jameson have created a game. It is their own thing. No one else does it, and no one else can do it right. It is called Schnoogy Schnoogy. (I obviously am guessing at how to spell a word that isn't even a real word!) Schnoogy Schnoogy happens randomly. They squeal with laughter whenever they play Schnoogy Schnoogy.
Schnoogy Schnoogy starts something like this...
One of the kids will put their hands up in front of their face... Then another Schnooger is added...
Then they Schnoogy each other...All. Over. The. Place.
Did you ever create games with your siblings?
